Standard Freight for Oversized Items (14-21 business days) Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 14-21 business days after leaving the warehouse. The delivery company should contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour time frame for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery. The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly. When your order is delivered, immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped from 888dropitoff. Items returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of 888dropitoff. Shipping: We must receive the returned item within 10 days of issuing the RMA, or we will cancel the RMA and refuse the return. Include a copy of your invoice in the box including RMA number, customer name, address, phone number and a brief description of why the item is being returned.
